Toggle Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Toggle ("Toggle", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data in connection with Toggle, our social media scheduling, publishing, analytics and team-collaboration platform (the "Service"). It applies to the Toggle web application at app.toggle-workspace.tech and to the Toggle app you authorize on connected platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. By using Toggle you acknowledge this Policy.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email address, password, profile picture, organization and team membership.
Connected platform data: OAuth tokens, platform account identifiers, posts and analytics associated with the channels you connect.
Content you upload: text, images, video, links, schedules and other material you create or upload within the Service.
Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device information, and logs of how you use the Service, used for security and reliability purposes.

2. How We Use Data

Toggle uses the data we collect to provide and maintain the Service (authenticating you, publishing and scheduling your content, returning analytics), to secure the Service against abuse and fraud, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI-Assisted Features

If you use optional AI features, the prompts and inputs you provide may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate suggestions or content. These providers are not authorized to use your inputs to train their models except where required by their own default policies.

4. Sharing of Data

Toggle shares data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, AI model providers), the third-party platforms you choose to connect, other members of your workspace, and authorities where legally required.

5. Data Retention

Toggle retains account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow account recovery, unless a longer period is required by law. You can disconnect a connected platform at any time in Toggle, which removes its associated access tokens. To delete all data Toggle holds about you, delete your account in Toggle settings or email us at hello@toggle.solutions; you can also revoke Toggle's access from the connected platform's own app settings.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can manage most account data directly in your settings, or contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences and analytics. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice before taking effect.
