Toggle Terms of Service

Welcome to Toggle, our social media scheduling, publishing, analytics and team-collaboration platform ("Toggle" or the "Service"). These Terms cover the Toggle web application at app.toggle-workspace.tech and the Toggle app you authorize on connected platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. By creating a Toggle account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Toggle.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Toggle. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate and current.
2. The Service
Toggle lets you connect social media and chat channels and schedule, publish, analyze and collaborate on content, including a calendar and scheduling engine, media library, analytics, and optional AI-assisted content generation. Available features and channels depend on your plan and may change over time, including where a third-party platform changes or revokes API access.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to or generate within the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, store, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate the Service, including publishing it to the third-party platforms you connect. You represent that you have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it complies with applicable law and the terms of each connected platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content, send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or otherwise violate the rules of any connected third-party platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Toggle publishes Your Content to third-party platforms you authorize. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, policies or content-moderation decisions of any third-party platform, and we may modify or discontinue an integration if the underlying platform changes its API or terms.
6. AI Features
Optional AI-assisted features may generate or suggest text, images or other content ("AI Output"). AI Output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before publishing it.
7. Subscriptions and Fees
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Toggle and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or where required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
